There is a small break out area where hot drinks are available from a metered machine and lunch can be served. Wifi is available to room users and two retractable screens can be used for presentations; an LCD projector is available for hire on request.

Located on the ground floor the Meeting Room has recently been refurbished to its original period style and contains a raised-oak dais that provides an impressive platform for speakers. This historic location combines a traditional feel with modern features which include a digital projector, retractable screens, wifi and an audio loop for the hard of hearing.
