Situated in historic Clerkenwell, this hidden treasure has everything to offer in terms of space, technology, and practicality.  The main events space is slightly below ground level, making it cool on warm summer days and warm in the winter – but it is still bathed in natural light from the high windows.  Forgive the pop culture comparison, but there is a real ‘Room of Requirement’ feel to this venue, with hollow space for activities looked upon by a hovering network of brick arches and impressive lighting.  This space, The Crypt, can hold up to 300 people for a standing reception, but there are other nooks and crannies available for hire here too.  The Well holds 50 people, and is brightly coloured in murals dictating the local area and people.  The Vestry can house just 15 people in its cosy and welcoming walls.

All three spaces are available either separately or at once, and access to the outside space comes with the price.  Here, you will find the dappled shade of the venue’s classic London Plane trees, and find benches and secret corners hidden in this small but perfectly formed outdoor space.
