Find exciting new bars and restaurants in London
Carrie

Many London bars can feel overcrowded, stifling and loud.  Sometimes, we crave space, light, and a more peaceful environment where we can sit down for a quiet drink without feeling like the whole city is breathing down our necks.  We’ve put together a few of the airiest, most chilled out and altogether more easy going bars where you can enjoy a more relaxed drink with loved ones or colleagues.

the-ant

The Drift

You can hire this venue exclusively, for private dining, or for a table at breakfast lunch or dinner.  You can also just pop in for a drink, but the food is to die for here, and we thoroughly recommend you make the most of the fresh and seasonal produce on offer.  There are two bars, both equally remarkable, and both boasting huge glass walls with fabulous views.

goat

The Goat

A truly unique space, perfect for wedding receptions, corporate entertaining and parties.  A laid back restaurant has residence on the first floor, with a real decorative sense of vintage meets modern London.  With unique and interesting interior design choices such as stylish forestry wallpaper, there is a sense of escape and tranquility in this little known but fast growing bar, cocktail lounge and restaurant.

raffles

Raffles

In the heart of Chelsea is this beautiful event space, Raffles.  Available to hire exclusively and with a 5am music license, this is a surprisingly comfortable, warm and welcoming place to have an all-night party.  Dark wood, walls draped in fabric and leather sofas give it the feel of an underground club/music venue mixed with a very comfortable living room.  A bizarre combination but one that works well – you have a lit up dancefloor, an in house DJ, caterers and AV equipment, an can enjoy it all from a really very comfortable sofa…
