Trios Banqueting is an unusual, contemporary and multi-purpose venue, situated conveniently across the road from Palmers Green Station.  This place is on the slightly smaller side, and only has one function room, a newly refurbished bar and a spacious foyer.  This means it provides real privacy as you’ll have exclusive use of the facilities for your event, and you will have the full attention of the staff during your visit.

The function room itself is modern and quirky, with built-in LED lights running all around the room where the walls meet the ceiling.  These can be personalised to reflect your company colours and brand, and there is a range of shades to choose from should you wish to use this feature.

The floor is carpeted in beige and the walls are white, so the space is easy to customise in terms of colour – and there are also porthole-like mirrors dotted around the space to add a little interest and extra dimension.  It does give the room a slightly maritime feel, and as there is no natural light here at all, so these mirrors are a welcome decoration.  The advantage to this, of course, is that you can black this room out effectively and instantly – making it ideal for presentations on HD screens.  There’s also a removable hard wood dance floor that is used for wedding receptions here, and you have the option to use it for staging etc. if you wish.

This is also an affordable venue that gives you excellent value for money.  Your hire fee will include the room, paper and pens for all your delegates, unlimited mineral water, a dedicated technician, two coffee/tea/biscuit breaks and a buffet lunch with orange juice.  This all starts at just £20 a person – and you have plenty of options as what extras you can add if you wish.  This venue’s prices are always inclusive of tax and service – which we at Best Venues London think is a really good sign!
