Grade II-Listed Venue In Central London

Choosing the right venue can add real value to your conference or event.

Of course, you can expect a range of flexible and comfortable rooms in our flexible venue with up to date AV facilities and professional staff but the opportunity to visit an iconic building, located in the heart of Bloomsbury, London with its history of academic and creative excellence can be an attraction in itself.

20 Bedford Way is a Bloomsbury venue that welcomes events, meetings and performances throughout the year. The building is light and spacious and the rooms functional and simple – the perfect back drop for any event.

A range of 35 meeting and function rooms are housed within the IOE’s flagship building, including the 930 seater single tier lecture theatre, the Logan Hall.

This controversial grade 2 listed building, opened in 1977, was designed by Denys Lasdun and is one of the finest examples of “Brutalist” architecture in the UK.

20 Bedford Way’s location is one of its chief attractions. Euston, Kings Cross and St Pancras railway stations are 10-15 minutes walk (or a short tube, taxi or bus ride) away, connecting it effortlessly with major towns and cities across the UK or even, via Euro Star with Continental Europe.

Russell Square, Holborn, Tottenham Court Road and Goodge Street tube stations provide access to the Central, Piccadilly and Northern Lines, providing easy access to all parts of central London in a matter of minutes.
