The London Film Museum, on the South Bank, is a grand and opulent venue for any kind of event. For a wedding with a cinematic twist, a ball amongst the stars or a corporate event with a difference, this is the place to be.
For a Christmas Fancy Dress Ball, a last-minute Halloween bash or a special celebration, the beautiful Rotunde room exudes class and has maximum flexibility. You will be surrounded by world-famous artifacts such as the original Batman suit, and a genuine Predator! 4,000sq.ft of ballroom space awaits you here, and there is more than enough space for a dinner dance for up to 280 people, or a standing reception for 550. Also a fantastic place for a wedding reception, the grandeur and character of this unique space is certain to inspire and delight your guests.
For a more understated party but still offering a wow factor, the Ceremonial Suite’s high arched ceilings and dramatic intelligent lighting set a perfect scene for an occasion worthy of royalty. You can even have a go at sitting in the exact replica of the throne of England, used in The King’s Speech! A standing reception for 200 can be arranged here, but banqueting is also an option. There are five smaller ‘Riverside’ suites, designed for conferencing and corporate purposes. Riverside 1 has spectacular views over the city and an abundance of natural light, and can either be hired solely or adjoined to Riversides 2 and 3, for a larger floor space and more flexibility. Attached, there is the Debating Chamber for things like the organising of catering, and after speech sessions. Riverside 4 is a much smaller, intimate, oak panelled meeting room for break-outs and power lunches, and Riverside 5 offers 11m x 10m of light, airy and totally flexible space, complete with built-in court style seating for 30 people. All the essential equipment is available to hire from the venue, although you are welcome to bring your own!
