Giovanni Quaglino originally built the private dining room at Quaglino’s so that the then Prince of Wales could dine out in public without having to wear white tie and tails. Since then the dress code has changed but the glamour and intimacy of the private dining rooms has not.
Quaglino’s has two private dining rooms which offer a versatile range of options. They can be hired independently or in combination. Set on the mezzanine level – the large Prince of Wales room and the more intimate Giovanni room – overlook the theatre of the main restaurant below, yet also offer total seclusion. They can be reserved for breakfast, lunch and dinner; for intimate birthday and anniversary celebrations; and for corporate presentations and meetings.
