This 1882 building itself is quirky and fascinating, and retains many of the Victorian features, as well as wonderful carved wooden furniture and detailed fittings – including a stunning oak staircase that runs through the entire centre of the building.  Furniture Makers’ Hall is the perfect London venue for private meetings, workshops, corporate away-days or small conferences, able to host around 70 people at a time.

The David Burbridge Suite is the largest events room with a capacity of 70 people.  A versatile space on the ground floor, this room features classic antique furnishings that have been lovingly restored to create a really welcoming and familiar environment.  Private dining, drinks receptions and small conferences regularly take place here, and this flexible space can quickly be divided into two rooms using clever soundproofed wooden panels.  A small reception area allows for registration and/or catering, and the tall windows can immediately be blacked out for presentations on the large HD projector screen.

Also on the ground floor, The Arnold Moore Room is a simple and refined wood panelled room, perfect for private dining, corporate celebrations or business meetings. With plenty of natural light and a view of the picturesque Dutch Church opposite the venue, this room is ideal for interviews, small workshops, presentations and meetings for a maximum of 15 people.

On the first floor, after a trip up the enormous and beautiful staircase, The Mike Clare Room features a high ceiling decorated with original ornate cornicing, a working carved wooden and marble fireplace, and a traditional boardroom table and chairs. Three tall sash windows allow a peaceful 2nd storey view of the Dutch Church, and again, the space can be blacked out using the heavy velvet curtains.  A total of 16 people can be seated in boardroom style here, or 32 in a theatre style.

To treat your clients, colleagues and delegates, a range of private dining packages are available.  Changing with the seasons and using fresh, British ingredients, the 5* chefs here are capable of magic.  Your meal will be presented beautifully, and your guests are certain to be impressed.  Ranging in price from around £40 to £100 a head (with carefully selected wines and drinks to compliment your dishes), there’s something for everyone and all the food is high quality.
