1 – Senate House
A stunning multi-purpose venue with impeccable academic credentials, Senate House in London’s Bloomsbury has recently undergone a major refurbishment programme to create elegant, versatile and flexible event space for all occasions.
1930s opulence blends beautifully with 21st century technology to offer purpose built rooms and adjacent breakout spaces that are equally sought after for business events and private celebrations. It’s a wonderful envelope for product launches and exhibitions, fashion shows and award ceremonies.
2 – The Sky Garden
For an exclusive, contemporary venue right in the heart of the City of London, head to the top of the Walkie Talkie Building where you’ll find The Sky Garden, London’s highest even space. The views over the capital are outstanding, as are the 3 event spaces that are uniquely designed for private dining and events.
Facing north, the City Garden can accommodate up to 250 standing guests, while the Vinoly Room at Fenchurch Restaurant offers private dining for up to 16 diners – think press breakfasts, business lunches or evening events. The entire venue can be hired for 450 seated guests or 750 or a standing reception.
3 – Hackney Showroom
East London’s hottest cultural centre is a vibrant warehouse arts venue with 4,000 square feet of multi-purpose venue for hire at Hackney Down Studios. Hackney Showroom has an airy neon bar, and flexible studio space that can take up to 400 people.

4 – The Postal Museum
If you prefer going underground in London, how about one of the newest and quirkiest venues in the capital, just a short walk from Farringdon Station? The Postal Museum is a vast subterranean space that will accommodate 275 people.
As a flexible, blank canvas event space with an industrial ambiance, there’s exposed brickwork, vaulted ceilings and more – perfect for adapting for your own style of corporate functions, media launches, award ceremonies, private dining events and atmospheric parties. Your guests can even take an immersive underground train ride through secret tunnels that are more than 100 years old!
5 – Grace Hall
If you prefer the elegance of times past, Grace Hall in the City of London has recently opened its doors, offering beautiful Art Deco surroundings for corporate hire. There are 4 flexible event spaces able to accommodate up to 170 seated guests, 200 theatre style, or 600 standing.
The Hall itself boasts high ceilings, sweeping marble and classical columns, with a light vintage interiors scheme based inspired by Robert Adams. There’s a secluded space for smaller events in The Archives and the first floor Director’s Observatory, while The Grace Below provides an atmospheric environment for hospitality gatherings in the basement bar.
