Versatile Central London venue for corporate events, launches, exhibitions and parties
Carrie

The Music Room is one of London’s premier events venues.  Situated in an enviable location just a stone’s throw from Oxford Street, and seconds away from Bond Street Tube Station, this contemporary and adaptable space has played host to an astonishing array of different events.

During the day, this venue is often used for exhibitions due to the amount of natural light, and the neutral colour scheme.  Bare, clean, matt finish white walls are met with light parquet flooring – creating a wonderful environment to showcase both artwork and products.  Motorola and O2 have launched new designs here, and the catwalk has been graced with items that would bring any fashion-mad Londoner to their knees.  The walk can span the full length of this 310 m. sq. main events room (Gallery 1), and has been used in the past by high-end designers such as Calvin Klein and Louis Vuitton for both a fashion show and an after party for up to 260 people.   Sample sales for Jimmy Choo, Valentino and Mulberry are often hosted at The Music Room, and Duchamp are also making an appearance there at the end of March.

For corporate events such as conferences, seminars or drinks & canapé receptions, there are few better venues in Central London than The Music Room.  Whether it be a daytime function which requires plenty of light, or one that requires total darkness, this venue can accommodate all your needs by blacking out any or all of its windows by 100%.  The big screen is cinema-quality, and you can effectively turn this venue into a boutique, private screening room big enough to sit 220 people in theatre style.

The corner of Gallery 1 is occupied by a quirky, modern and neon-lit bar, that has been designed to be easily operable by anyone with basic bar experience.  This is a dry hire venue, which allows you to create your own completely bespoke event in terms of catering, staff and entertainment.  A separate space, Gallery 2, allows you to have a dedicated area for catering, and gives you flexibility in terms of storage and an option for break out space during corporate events.   You can view the floorplan here.

The beauty of The Music Room is its simplicity.  It’s well facilitated for large events in terms of W.C’s, kitchen and air conditioning, but due to it’s Dry Hire Only rule, this space has been transformed into many different weird and wonderful environments by creative companies who require a blank canvas, but modern and trendy space to host their event.  All the AV equipment, PA, microphones, catering etc. is entirely up to you – but this is a wonderful opportunity to build your event from scratch, and to save some money while still being able to host your event in what has to be the best, most convenient location in London.
