Unusual venue for meetings and events
Carrie

Networking has never been so important in business as it is today.  With the Internet having taken over pretty much all practices, competition is stronger and more diverse than ever before, and nowadays, it really is all about who you know.  While sites such as linkedin.com have enabled us to track down potential employees and colleagues easily, there is still a huge market for holding networking events.  Meeting someone in person is of course, more effective and operative way of building business relationships, and the venue you choose for such an event should reflect the nature of the work people have come to discuss.  Sometimes, however, a venue comes along that could house any kind of branding and somehow still seem to sit comfortably, as well as appealing to the vast majority of personal tastes.  The perfect example is The Depositories, just south of Clapham Common.

This unusual and striking building was the original set for Dragon’s Den, which demonstrates its ability to suitably host all kinds of people, products and brands.  There are a variety of props, furniture and quirky features available here, and enough space to hold 300 people.  Of course, you may arrange your seating areas and such exactly how you wish, and the simple layout means that the routine procedure such as signing people in, and having space for food and drinks, is stress free and smooth.   Naturally, the venue will be an instant talking point and feel familiar to your attendees, seeing as its been used by the BBC to film all kinds of popular programmes.
